Ok, not sure what this is, hence the pictures, but need to find a replacement part. Looked through a number of online catalogs, as well as the local big box stores, with little to no success.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

That is going to be fairly manufacturer specific.
It appears to be a piece of sill bullnosing or sill extension (depending on who you ask).

It would be good if you could find who the mfg is. That flange piece is built into the bottom and most likely goes under the cement siding that you have similar to a J channel. If you can find the mfg there may be a parts schematic on line, that would give you a better idea of what your getting into. Good Luck
