Feedback from pros selling the 600 series Okna.

a.) I see 600 series Double Hung on NFRC with 0.16 U-factor (Triple pane, ARGON gas)
Anyone seeing NFRC labels on windows from OKNA 600 with 0.16 U-factor?

b.) Likes, Dislikes or improvements needed on newer 600 series?

Its a solid unit.

The 0.16 thermal data is only reachable with the krypton or blended glass units vs. argon fill.

Nice performance data though and a solid company behind it.

Thanks WOW. Here is the CPD# on NFRC ratings I was referring to. OKW-K-37-00021-00001
I didn't see any mention of Krypton gas just Argon.

If this is accurate, .16 U-Factor on triple pane Argon that is Amazing.

We currently sell the 500 with the deluxe package and triple pane with argon and as you know it's a .19 U-Factor. We are considering the 600 vs. the 500 due to Woodgrain options. We've had really good success with the 500 series for the last 8-years and our customers have been VERY happy with it.

How good is Lift rails/Handles on the 600 vs. the full extruded lift rail on the 500?

The 600 will give you all the interior laminate options that are not currently offered on the 500.

Have we met and where are you out of?

500 with Krypton is a 0.15 if you are really chasing that low number.

Yes, we met and spoke a couple years ago in AC @ Okna meeting.
Also, you were Very gracious and mailed me a book that you thought would help grow my business.

Also, I personally want to thank you for taking the time to help educate consumers out their from this forum. I've received a lot of feedback over the years that this board has really helped them choose a quality product and getting informed before making a purchase. I like to call it getting the FACTS, not all the FLUFF you see so often these days from some window replacement companies. All the pro's know who they are.
