 Post subject: Napco 3500 and Vinyl Max Easton replacement windows

We are replacing over 25 77x33 in. windows in an old home in north central KS. Any comments on Napco 3500 Premium or Vinyl Max Easton windows? Our other choice seems to be Simonton. What is the requirement to get the energy tax rebate?
