I am looking for a good vinyl replacement window in Illinois. Can someone advised whether the Milgard Tuscany or Traco Sienna is better?

Republic windows just went out of business a week ago. A month ago the owner of Republic bought Traco's vinyl division and is naming the new company "Echo Windows", which is in Iowa. I'm not sure if they will be making the Traco line or something else. You might want to do some investigating to get some answers before making that purchase.
