Downside to all is intercept spacer. I prefer Simonton Prism platinum with one inch super spacer; stronger stepped sill design and should be in same price range.

Or you may find it as a Simonton 5500, you will need the upgraded glazing package to get the previously mentioned super spacer and to qualify for the enrgy tax credit.

That's not exactly true. The Reflections 5500 will meet the tax credit criteria with ETC Starter 366 with Intercept Spacer.

You may like it better but that doesn't make your statement true. There are people on a tight budget to whom $35. per window is important. Telling them they must upgrade to Super Spacer to get the tax credit is misleading. A better approach would be to explain their options, give your recommendation and then let them decide, don't you think?
