I am in Los Angeles area and am shopping for replacement vinyl windows. I have seen a bunch of different brands but like the Simonton 7300. Has anyone had any experiences with the Simonton 7300 series? Should I get the dual wall fin or brickmold fin option? The salesman said it was brand new option. Anyone have one in their home? Also is the clear view screen they offer any good?

You should look at each option in person. The clear screen is new.
Simonton screen warranty no longer is lifetime. It's now only 1 year.
