How good is the vetting process for contractors who contact you after using the get assistance link at the top of the page?
Is this any contractor can sign up for, or do they have to prove a reliable track record with quality installs & customer service?

I am not sure about the "Get Assistance" form, however, I do personally know several of the contractor that have the "Get a Quote" button under their screenames and they are top notch professionals who bring a ton to the industry.
