What is the main difference between the Okna 400 vs 500 series?

Aesthetically, the 500 is prettier in my opinion. It has more exterior detailing to it. The installers like it better because of the accessory groove where the 400 has none.
Performance wise, virtually identical with the exception of the air infiltration.

Thanks. Will the difference in air infiltration between the 2 be noticeable on an installed window?

Probably not. You are only talking about the difference between a 0.02 and 0.05 cf/min.
That being said, I think the 500 is the better window.
