does anyone know a similar discussion site for vinyl siding??
i was looking for the brand of siding that home depot installs.

Good question.
Fisrt off, though, not to be picky, Home Depot doesn't install anything; They only sell.
They use sub contractors to install.
Where in NY do you live??
My company sells and installs the finest siding you can find. With the insulation we instal behind it, our siding rates near an r-10, and we don't nail the siding to the house, we hang it on hangers, so it can expand and contract easier. Plus our warranties are solid!!

sorry hipkat im not interested in siding, i sell alside preservation. I was just curious to find out more about home depot's siding as i know the type they install is different than what they sell.
