5+ review for Renewal by Anderson

#1 Post by gretchen41 »

Renewal by Anderson just completed replacing the windows across the front of our house here in Tiburon. We worked mostly with the measuring or technical person (Matt) and the salesperson (James). Both quite knowledgeable and both interested in what we wanted to accomplish. We had some specifics that Anderson was able to do. The only glitch was it took four days to complete rather than the three they thought it would.
We did hesitate at the $16,500+ price but seeing the work they had to do and the people they had working the four days, we now know the price was more than fair.
Because this went so well and has made the house so much quieter, we will be replacing the remaining windows along the side and back in the fall. Recommend on a 1-5 scale=5+

How many windows were replaced for that price?... It is nice to hear that you are satisfied. It is a decent window and I'd assume a good installation as well. The only common complaints that I see are re: their pricing and questionable sales tactics (shady propaganda trying to discredit vinyl, despite the fact that it is the main component of their product).

The RBA window is not a bad window by any stretch. It is just not worth what it is commonly sold for and their approach to the selling process is bordering on illegitimate.
