Is Diamond windows a good choice?

#1 Post by alex »

Hi,

Has anyone heard of Diamond windows? Is this a good choice for replacement windows? I looked around for reviews but found very little. This company is located in Boston MA.

Thank you

Post up a model/series number and you will probably get a bit more directed feedback on it.

Thank you. I will do that and will come back if I still can't find a significant amount of reviews.

It is Diamond 3000 (all welded according to the installers) and they want to charge me around $400/ window. Are these windows good?

Their website does not post up much information.

Thermal data is very average with it just getting to the U-Factor of 0.30 with an argon fill and only a 0.21 with triple pane krypton fill. By comparison, some windows are getting to those numbers with argon and better.

Ask the sales person for the structural data on the window as well like DP, Air Infiltration, and water infiltration.
