Triple pane Sheffield will have a very low VT number (i.e. losing a bunch of light because of the combination of frame thickness and glass coatings).
A U-factor of 0.23 out of a triple pane window is not that great when you compare it to windows that are a 0.25 (total unit, not Center of Glass) that will give you more light, close to the same thermal performance, and better aesthetics.
The Simonton window is certainly the better choice of that mix but there are still better windows out there.

From Simonton I would consider either the Reflections 5500 or the Impressions 9800
|
