The 400 is .05 (500 is .02, and 800 is .01) on air infiltration. I dont know the exact Sunrise number off-hand, but it is in the same ball park if I'm not mistaken. It is close enough that I would not give it much weight in your decision.

You can't go wrong with either window. I'd probably make the decision based on comfort level with the installing company and the details of their installation method.
