Which one has better water/air infitration? Thank you in advance.

The 400 is .05 (500 is .02, and 800 is .01) on air infiltration. I dont know the exact Sunrise number off-hand, but it is in the same ball park if I'm not mistaken. It is close enough that I would not give it much weight in your decision.

Sunrise is .04 AI DH.

Both will be quite fine for at least the next 20-30 years.

You can't go wrong with either window. I'd probably make the decision based on comfort level with the installing company and the details of their installation method.
