Met with Dave today, great guy. Working on some quotes with him now and trying to make up my mind with what I want product go with.

Okna and Sunrise seem like the standouts to me, but deciding between the two and evaluating cost/performance/etc. is going to take awhile. Money is definitely a concern, as we will be financing some of the cost. The quotes have really been for more than we wanted to spend, so we're extending ourselves a bit to get a good product. Throwing in options like the triple pane glass is adding to the cost, so its a tough sell to go from .25/.27 - > .20/.21 Ufactors.

We've decided on the White/White Sunrise Casement with Apex Glass Package, OptiView Screens. We'll be putting an awning window above our kitchen sink where there are twin lite casements now.

Excellent choice. Nicest vinyl casement available IMO. I'm sure you will be very pleased with it.
