I'd have to agree with the other posters, your project details aren't extremely cut and dried, so your best course of action for for comparison would be to get another quote or two. The product that you are looking at is solid. The Imperial LS or Elements would be better, but the Bainbridge is pretty decent. Sunrise and HiMark/Okna would be the other premium brands to look at.

No, I dont know what a spec bid is. I hate the idea of paying more money to have someone basically give me anouther estimate.
