So Cal Installers

#1 Post by jyeh74 »

I am looking at Tuscany DH windows. I am looking at lowe3 with ultrascreen. I don't think I need the argon gas or the edgegardmax for orange county.

There are a couple of installers in my area. One is Cal Rep (California Replacement) and another is Cunningham Windows and Doors. Both are selling Migards and have over 20 years of business. Anyone know anything about them? One is saying one doesn't do in-house installing and actually sub contracts their work. Not sure who is a better company and does better work. Yelp isn't credible either.

Argon should be a standard in that case and should be used regardless. It is on a benefit.

Sub contractors vs. employees is not a determining factor in my case. I have seen both great and terrible work from both.

I don't know anything about them personally but you can check the other online reviews but you are correct to be suspect of some of them.

Check them out with past customers.
