Looks like Serious is getting out of the window business.
This should probably be a good lesson for the failure of government intervention and its massive contributions just delaying expiration date of a business (i.e. GM).
My thoughts and prayers go out to all those factory workers in their efforts to find new employment.

Not sure masterext, however, the fiberglass and their supposed R11 window was the flagship of their window division.
If they are liquidating those assets, I can't imagine that the vinyl line is that healthy.

From what I have seen, they have been selling the vinyl lines at some VERY aggressive pricing... It sounds as though the end may be near.
