I need to replace my main living room window, which is an old single pane decorative window, no frame. I can't pay a fortune, but want a good quality unit. I prefer a casement style, with a center square immovable pane and two side casements. It's about 72" Wx52"H. I also need the exterior to be a dark brown to match our brick and tudor-style home. Other features that would be nice would be a diamond pattern etched glass type of design but that's not essential. What is recommended?

I think that masterext serves your area. That is who I would talk to first.

Thank you. What brand windows do they install? I have read some of your other posts, recommending brands such as Okna, Gorell, Softlite, etc. Would they use them or something else?

You would recommend his installations as well? Does he stand behind his work and products?

I would personally recommend Paul (Masterext) as well. Top products and installation practices, and he is truly passionate about his craft. HiMark/Okna and Affinity would be a couple great options for you out there.

Dina, You can click on the link that I provided above and click on his name inside the thread. http://www.vinyl-replacement-windows.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=5699Your information does not get distributed to anyone but masterext (Paul) so you need not worry about getting a barrage of phone calls. Paul is charged a small fee to be connected to you. This fee helps maintain the board here and keep it up to date and looking good.
