If you don't use obscure glass in a bathroom is that a nagative as far as resale of your home?
What is the norm for bathroom window glass obscure or not obscure?

Mariners I'd say the norm is about 70% of homes go with obscure, I don't think it would bother the selling price of your home and if their was a problem with potential buyers, the sash in a vinyl window can be change in about 2 minutes. You would just have to have your contractor order it for you.
