Natural conditions, with cool temperatures, ground saturation and higher humiditity levels than normal for those temperatures can be a normal condition for any window to experience condensation.
It doesn't mean a thing, except that the air cannot hold all the moisture. Your air conditioning does take moisture out of the air, but it also does something else totally the opposite. It reduces the amount of water vapor the air inside your home can hold because of the lower temperatures the air conditioning produces, which can cause condensation.
The warmer the air, the more water vapor the air will hold.
Give the window a chance and see what happens in the winter after the lower humidity levels set in, because in the summer, it's really not usually the windows fault.
