 Amerimax and some price quotes

I am in the market for replacing six windows in my house, they are wood right now and want to replace for vinyl and I have gotten some price quotes but they seem to be all over the place. The sizes of the windows are

36*47
36*54
36*54
47*33

now I got a quote for atrium for about 4400 to about 5500, from places like Masterworld, and I got a quote from another company called for about 3500 and they are installing Amerimax windows. All these costs include installation and tax, now I am wondering if the prices are high or not, and why the big differences in theses prices. The windows are also white single hung windows.

both are a little high for the quality of the window. do some more shopping.

I got two other quotes recently. I got one from American Energy Contractors that will install Atrium windows at the cost of $3000.00, and a company called Progressive Insulation and windows that will install Anlin windows for about $2700.00. Are these good quotes, and also I have not heard of Anlin, how is it compared to Atrium and Amerimax? Prices include tax.

Both are mediocre but Anlin is superior. Try Simonton. I'd be more than happy to help: 805-258-6130 Simonton windows.

I already signed the contract on Thursday and the 3 day passed, I wished I had this information before hand. I got the Atrium series for $3000.00 including installation, and price includes tax. It is going to be better than what I currently have but I feel I got ripped off, it was just that there were so many prices, from 4000-7000 and so many different single hung profits that I didn't know which one to pick.
