Draft coming through new vinyl windows

I recently had Simonton Prism Platinum windows installed. I feel cold air coming through the side of the window next to the latches that release the window to tilt. The air is coming up around the balance system. The leak is coming through both sides of every window. Is this a design fault?
The two guys that put the windows in have been installing windows for over 15 years and it looks like they did a good job. I called the installer, and he said this is the first complaint that he has heard and he said those windows are tight. He asked if I had held a lighter up to the windows to test for drafts, I said no not yet.
The installer said he would let the president of the company know. I have a 2 year installation warranty too.
