I had Window World put windows in my house in NEFL. I bought from WW because one of the "Local Companies" just trashed them. I had never heard of them before that time. When this "local company" did that, I knew they had to be doing something right and they are locally owned. I liked the way they had a printed cost sheet, the "LC" did not. I got 18 of the mid level and the top of the line grade windows with low/e argon for $1750 less than the "LC" quote with a 25% discount. They went out of the way to work with my schdule to install the windows.

As to the installers, I am a CBC in FL and was very inpressed with their work. I was more concerned that a hourly guywould not care about the quality of the work he did and the sub's did and do care about the quality of work they do.

Call them, they offer a good quality window for a lot less than most companies. Go see the showroom. Check them out with BBB. Do your homework, but buy from WW.

It sounds to me like you have alot of sour grapes about the business you are losing to WW.
