Lifetime guarantee as long as you are the original owner or the prior owner "tranfers" the purchase to you. Service is almost impossible and parent company not concerned, along with the "local" company (175 miles away)...
Installed by Plum Windows and Doors of AZ
Little to no insulation between drywall and window frame. In come cases, you can see straight to the outside. No defense against the elements. Then, you talk about service... let's not.

Firstly, I purchased Mastic replacement windows less than 10 years ago. Many windows within that time have become spotty and one window looks horrible the argon has has escaped leaving a cloud to the bottom of the window. Needless to say, I called Plygem who handles Mastic for no help what so ever. I was told that anything prior to 2010 has nothing to do with them. So, apparently the windows are junk and do not stand by their product. As far as life time warranty there is no such thing. To make things better contracting company who did the work is no longer in business. Hope people do themselves a favor and really do their research. Buyer beware
