Re: Window Replacement Quotes - Pella 250 vs Simonton VintagePointe 6100 and 6500
I would eliminate the pella as well as the simonton 6100. The Okna is the best quality by far on that list.
What exactly were you quoted for Okna and for how much?
What state are you in, some brands are regional.

Re: Vinyl window lead time in Philadelphia suburbs
Because of covid there are supply issues and they are really having an affect on lead times. Then on top of that there is huge demand. A 5 week lead time is extremely unrealistic.

Re: Which Window Is Better?
I understand but you are essentially sacrificing quality for the sole purpose of having a friend or someone you know do the install. You arent being “ extorted” by anyone. Okna and Soft Lite refuse to sell their windows to anyone other than an authorized and properly vetted contractor/ company. You ...

Re: Help with new windows
Why not just get insulated siding that will not only create more insulation and structural rigidity, but also offer permeability. From what i know, 1 inch foam could actually trap moisture. Stick to the advice above, call a window pro and there are plenty of window companies that will do new constru...

Gluacester County is out of the service area for AGM Window & Door, we serve Northern NJ and most of Central NJ. I do know Delaware Mike serves that area. He is a good guy and also offers some great products.

The alliance hawthorne does NOT belong on the same list as the others. The other options are much better windows.
We cant comment on price since there are far too many variables. You do have a list of some very solid options though with the exception of the hawthorne. Where are you located?

You need to be an authorized dealer in order to access vytex. Also, you could reach out to Windows on Washington. The owner is Eric and a very good guy. They have some very nice products. They do serve Annaplois and offer Okna.
