Well going through yet another quote might have actually paid off, and I think we have a winner. Polaris Ultraweld double pane, lowe/argon, foam filled sash/frame for a bit over $13k installed Up to the triple pane for right at $15k. I feel like I'm close on 'too good to be true' pricing on this one...
