I like the Anlin and the Certainteed best out of those windows. MW just purchased the Certainteed name on the West. Not sure if they are going to change the product. That being said, I would go Anlin. They are made in Fresno area and used to be the Certainteed manufacturer. Very nice product.

It's nearly impossible for anyone here to tell you if those quotes are good or not without knowing alot more info and seeing the install.
