Im not big on a warranty. Either a window is built well or its not. What were the quotes with each brand? Any grids?

The 500 is a nice window especially when offered at a discount, but for that fairly small price delta, it's hard to argue with the 800 which is the cream of the crop. That would be my choice.

The 600 is also nice, but again, talking $800 on a $20k ticket, I'd go with the best of the best in the 800.

I have never heard of okna having seal failure issues, sounds like bs to me. Okna does warrranty the IG units ... a structural interlock in the sill as well as reinforcement and I dont believe the 500 has any of those added feature's.
