From where do you hail? Obviously not from the area of the poster. My screename pretty much sums it up.

If the Comfort World window refers to a Window World window (typically the Alside Excalibur), which I think it does, the Sunrise Windows (probably the Vanguard) is a superior product and is usually at least about $150+ more than the Window World window.

The Tuscany installer wants to leave the storm windows in place....? Easy answer, do not let that guy install anything. Installing vinyl windows while leaving storm windows in place can have disasterous effects on the new vinyl window.
