Just a quick update. I signed the contract yesterday for the windows. They were out to the house today to measure things and told me the lead time was 3-5 weeks. I want to thank everyone for their responses. You guys were great and helped me make my decision.

I sell both windows in my business and either window is a good choice. But, in this instance I would choose the OKNA.

Some manufacturers give a flat price for any window up to a certain united inch size (UI = w+H). That is probably how your windows are priced and yes it is normal and acceptable. $465/window is a good deal.

is it normal? is what normal? you got a great price,i would just roll with it. i don't understand the need for more info.
