Don't know much about Anlin's, but I can tell you this. 30% is pretty reasonable to come down from list. Unless ... it look like it was a better deal, which is illegal, btw. But 8700 for any quality windows, 11 count PLUS a door sounds pretty good to me.

Anlin is a good brand of windows. I feel that there are better windows for the price. Simonton and Amerimax should be in the $440 price range (3x4)installed. Anlin windows sometimes are quoted too high. Do your homework.
