Nothing has changed on the Restoratiins window. The same workers are at the same facility that manufacture sunrise. They didnt alter the window. My partner was just at the plant.

They have a slight effect on VT (the amount of light that comes in), but that's about it. No measurable change to efficiency.

+1. Prices are cheap on the window that is decisively better than the others. Pick the dealer that you feel better about... Even the higher number on the Okna is way below avg

Can't really weigh in on the comparison as I don't know the shop, but is sounds like you are good either way.
