I wonder if Pella has that option as well. The windows aren't that old, but I fully appreciate your issues and frustration.

You are well advised to look for an airtight, insulated, triple pane unit when it comes to your replacement choices.

E-Series by Andersen. Doesn't get too much nicer looking than those.

If you can live with welded corners on a cellular PVC window, you could do a product from Interstate or the Starmark from OKNA which would have a stainable interior laminate.

What type (wood, fiberglass, vinyl) of windows have you received quotes from Pella, Marvin and Andersen folks?

Just need to be clear so you are comparing apples to apples in terms of price.

Yes, you have named a few of the better mfr's of the vinyl world - Okna, Sunrise and Soft-Lite.
