The Hurricane Zone window is the 4000 with laminated glass. It is an available option -- whether your dealer knows or realizes it or not. As for the BBB report, you should check out your local dealer -- not necessarily the manufacturer as its the dealer who you'll be having direct contact with.

I'll second that sentiment. I'm not selling them either...the extended wait period, no exterior screens, no exterior handles on patio doors...I've heard nothing but problems on this board. I'll wait until the bugs are worked out on someone else's dime.
