If I may, I recently had Okna 500 Insultec Deluxe Double Hung installed, along with some Okna Casement windows. While I'm happy with it, I'd suggest going with the Softlite. I would have gone with Softlite if my budget could swing it. Just my 2 cents.

I have the air data somewhere that I will have to look up but the 5300 is a 0.13 and the 5155 is 0.17.

Thank you all for the suggestions. Anyone has any info regarding Gorell's structure test data such as Air Infiltration rate and so on? I was able to find Okna. However, hard time finding Gorell.

Gorell has great customer service and a solid window. You loose a little glass compared to the Okna and the Okna is more airtight.

I sell both but would give the nod to the Okna 500 (Deluxe) because of the Duralite spacer, the .25 U-Factor, the locking screen, the .02 air infiltration rate and the standard high visibility ThruVision® Screen cloth.
