I had the Okna double hung and some 3-lite casements installed about 10 months ago. Double-hungs are solid, operates well, sliding screen feature is great. Very reasonable price that you've been quoted. Only regret is I didn't get the triple-pane, couldn't quite swing that in the budget.

First, thank you very much for the quick response. The Okna windows include the Deluxe Package (Insulated frame and sashes, Energy Shield Glass Package, Locking Screens).

The product is graet. The price looks very good with out seeing all the spec's.
