How long have you been offering Majestic Windows? Did you ever use their woodgrain?

To be honest, i dont think you will find a more efficient window than the Okna. I think you you are getting very good pricing for one of the nicest looking and most efficient windows in the entire industry. The company offering that window ( HomeSealed) has one of the best reputations in the business.

We have done fixed windows that wide with no issues. The total width of that unit exceeds the width in which Okna will ship mulled. We field mull all the time. A field mull is no different than a factory mull. That said, your total width is 128”.. why not do a conventional 1/4- 1/2- 1/4 ( 32-64-32 )...

I forget what extrusion the Ideal “ Majestic” uses. However, its very strong and has a very nice looking sash design.

shgc has nothing to do with how good a window is. shgc is based on a specific glass package. both okna and Ideal “majestic” offer various shgc ratings. typically, a glass package with a low shgc will render a lower VT rating. one window wouldnt be better than the other based on shgc.

both Majestic and Okna are good windows and nice looking.. Ideal “majestic” is nice looking and very efficient, so is the okna. Mike is a pro that serves your area, i would try contacting him. Either window will serve you well.

When you start looking for cheap alternatives you are making a big sacrifice on quality hence impending issues.

Agree. When we say atrums “ higher end” we are only comparing to other atrium products which isnt saying much.
Okna is in a totally different class and much higher end than anything atrium offers in my opinon.

The Okna 600 will have structural reinforcement as well as a structural sill and header interlock as would the okna 800.
Are you located in the southern region?

Soft Lite’s top windows are the Elements and the Imperial LS which are comparable to the Okna 800 and Okna 600 “ Eco Pro”. Depending on what state you reside in, certain offerings could be limited.

Your issues are easily resolved and very insignificant. Let the company take care of it. I wouldnt worry about it.

Definitely worth it. Go with Elements over the classic if you can.
