Anytime someone quotes you over $1000 a window (assuming these are standard windows, not bay/bow, etc.), I would be skeptical. Most of the absolute highest end windows will cost less than that. From the Anlin windows I've seen, they are of reasonable quality, but not super high-end. Shop around.
