Anlin vs Simonton vs Brothers vinyl windows

Hello,
I have three estimates for the installation of 23 vinyl windows: from Brothers, Simonton, and Anlin. Everyone claims that their windows are the best quality. The estimate for Brothers and Simonton are almost in the same range and I thought that they are expensive until I saw the estimate from Anlin. Anlin windows are 40% more for the same amount of windows than Brothers and Simonton. I was told that this is because Anlin’s windows are the best quality in S. California. Is this true? Did anyone install Anlin, Brothers, or Simonton windows? Any experience?
I feel lost...

I do not know about Brothers windows. You will need to tell me what series / models of Anlin or Simonton you are being offered for a more detailed answer. Simonton is well regarded nation wide. Anlin, while a small company, is a good window, as is Simonton, but would always be more in cost than Simonton.
