I have a mix of double hung and sliders throughout the home. Thanks for the recommendation. That is the direction I am leaning. If I have to settle, I think the best move would probably be to choose the triple pane over the 800 features. Thanks.

I your situation I agree that TP is the primary upgrade.

Agreed. 800 series with triple pane would be ideal, but if this is an either-or proposition due to budget, I'd take the 500 with triple pane.

Thanks all. Just signed the contract with Dave from Strong Windows for the 500DX with triple pane glass . Prices were fair and I trust that the install will be great. Thanks again.
