Folks,
I am desperately searching for a few pivot bars for my 4000 series double hungs. One has broken leaving the window non-functioning. I have been unable to get any from Schuco USA. Can anyone provide a source or a suitable replacement. Many thanks in advance.

Lets see a picture of the pivot pin as well as the clutch/shoe. Most of them are made by 3rd party folks.

The balance mechanisms are pretty universal. That pivot pin, you will probably have to get from these guys: https://blainewindow.com/
Based on where the balances are locked in, I am guessing you tilted the window in without raising it up enough?

Thank you both. The component did fracture on removal of the window. It was definitely cockpit error on my part. Mike please let me know if you find these.
