Hey all,
What is the best way to install vinyl retrofit windows over vinyl new construction windows with stucco siding?
I do not want to break my stucco to install a new window.

Based on the pictures you put up.
Cut out the old frame. For yours we would use a diamond blade in a grinder to cut the edge of the window from the nailing fin.
With out seeing all the details it is hard to give much more info on the measure and install. Two typical ways are to fit the new units inside the ID of the finished opening, this will require some exterior trim work ( brake, coil, caulk) or you can match the existing frame size. Matching the existing frame size you will typically need to cut back the dry wall return jamb and stool. In all cases you have to be mindful of what are you doing or need to do for good water management.
