Vinyl replacement windows for a mobile home

#1 Post by Sulteric »

Kinro windows seem to be the most popular brand for mobile homes but I'm told there are none available anywhere. Are they out of business? I'm renovating a mobile home and the windows must be replaced. Do I have any options here? Are some other brands available?

I am not super familiar with any of those brands or those specific to manufacturer home wall depths. What is the wall depth?

It's framed with 2x3's but so is my house oddly enough. A regular replacement window *should* work but it will have to be a custom size.

Anything in the replacement industry is going to be "custom" as there are no standard sizes. The issue is that the thickness of a replacement window is 3.25" vs. your actual wall.
