Just got done installing an Okna new construction window. After everything was finished I noticed a slight center bow along the bottom. The window is plum, level (I checked on top of the window not bottom), and square. Everything is level in side (window sill, etc). Here is a picture of what I'm talking about: https://imgur.com/a/CONxl3b
I checked the level from the bottom and it is level from end to end - it just has that slight center bow up at the center. Is this normal, typical for vinyl windows? Or is this not normal? Should I be concerned? Thanks
Okna New Construction - bottom center bowed?

Can be "normal". We see in it in the sill nosing as that is the thinnest part of the window. Most times you can massage it down with some force and many times they will "lay down" with a few temperature cycles in the summer.

Gotcha. As long as it's plum, level from end to end, and square I should good yeah?

Correct. Sill noising is not pertinent to the operation of the window as indicated here.

One more thing - I didn't want to create a whole new thread. The rough opening of my sill is not pitched. Is it recommended to pitch the sill at all when installing?

No... The new window itself will have a slight pitch for water.

Yeah. Mostly not necessary if you aren't planning on water getting into the RO. Certainly not needed for the window to drain properly.
While high on pragmatism, makes setting, shimming, and creating a properly supported substructure for the window much harder and mostly unnecessary.
