Hey all, new homeowner here whose existing windows are as old as I am. Looking at replacing 10 Double Hung & 2 Double Sliding windows ~30 minutes south of Pittsburgh.
I've received quotes from a number of contractors in the area, and I'm having a hard time choosing between the 3 brands I'm offered. There's lots of info on Polaris windows, but less available on the net regarding the other 2 brands.
Polaris - ThermaWeld Plus
Price: ~ $11,300
Vinyl Window Designs - 210CS/210VS DOUBLE HUNG
Price: ~ $10,500
Joyce - Heritage Series
Price: ~ $9,800
The prices are close enough that I'd like to go with whichever is the 'best'. Anyone have some helpful info?

Not familiar with the middle brand, but the book ends are regarded as good, solid performers.
