Hi,
Our condo HOA has mandated that residents update their aluminum windows. I had obtained a quote for 3 MI single-hung 1620 vinyl windows from a company that announced just last week that it was closing down. We had, fortunately, not started the ordering process with them yet. I am now considering two other vendors and while I have not yet contacted them for quotes, I would appreciate your professional feedback on NT versus Pella vinyl windows. And which particular line(s) are good -- and which to avoid. The MI windows were not builder grade windows, or so I was told. The specs "read" like they were very good, and we viewed them in a showroom. I have read good things about NT windows, and also read that Pella has had a lot of recalls. My husband and I are looking for good, lasting quality without problems down the road. From reading various posts on this forum, it appears that someone called Randy is an expert in Houston, but I am not sure how to navigate this site to contact him directly as some other posters have suggested by clicking on a link below his name. Any and all detailed and specific feedback would be so hugely appreciated. Many thanks.

Thank you. I checked the site and will call, but from what I see they don't indicate what brand of windows they cover, and they have no specs noted anywhere.

We offer Okna as our premium vinyl window and we also recommend their composite line - Starmark Evo as an upgrade option.
NT makes a solid mid-grade vinyl window. I wouldn’t recommend Pella vinyl at all.
