I had a "bow" crestline window installed in the fall of 2002. The contraactor installed it under the vent, I should say flush with the vent. First I had water running down the window when it rained, so I put gutters up. This winter I had a bad ice buildup over the window. I have a metal roof when the ice broke away it took the fashia board and the gutter, and more damage where the window is. What do I need to do? I do not know if it was insulated when it was installed. The contractor also did not finish the bottom of the window outside. It is only blue board. Shouldn't that be finished with wood? I am really having trouble with talking with the contractor Brian Beamen Enterprise of Land O' Lakes, Wi. Any answers would be very helpful. Thank You Almeda Zeiter beets@newnorth,net
