Several families in our subdivision have had problems with leaking Pennco windows that were installed in their brand new homes. No one can seem to find any information on these windows, a phone number, an address, or any warranty information. How is it possible that a company can manufacture such inferior quality products and then just walk away and/or hide from the general public?
