Well unless you are on a low budget neither is that great try serious quantum2 overall u-values as low as .19 or try Thermal Industries triple glass window.

If too pricey let me know as they are 2 of the better ones out there

As far as their Quantum2 window goes their overall U-value of the entire unit goes from a .16 on a picture window to a .18 on casements and .19 on double hungs.
