Thanks for the comments. We're in the Cincinnati area so our winters aren't bad. We have the original aluminum windows from the late 70's and there's been very little condensation on them. It mostly happens on the frames and not the glass. Wow matador. That's the first big negative I've heard about ...

We are almost ready to go with the Simonton 5500. Our salesperson quoted us the same price on either the Super Spacer or the Supercept. The Intercept is available and would be cheaper but I'd steer away from it. The Intercept is the older, aluminum/tin U-channel and we don't want that. The Super Spa...

We are down to Simonton 5500 and are in the spacer debate. The Intercept is the older, aluminum/tin U-channel and we don't want that.
